1997 Mercedes Benz E300D Blower Motor Location

The blower just stopped working…fuse is good…would like to see if I am getting power to the motor itself…if I can find it…LOL,Thanks!

If you remove the glove box, you should find it. It’s down there.

There’s also a blower motor resistor down there that could be a culprit.

The resistor is over $300 at the dealer. It’s even expensive at rockauto.com at $282. The blower motor itself is cheaper than the resistor.

On a positive note, it looks easy to replace the blower motor or the blower motor resistor.
