car cranks but wont start, put new fuel pump on it. i sprayed starter fuel its start for a couple seconds.
The problem might be with a bad crankshaft position sensor.
If the computer doesn’t get a signal from this sensor, the computer won’t run the fuel pump/injectors.

The starter spray experiment provides a good clue that the no-start is a problem with no or not enough fuel. Why did you install a new fuel pump? Has the car ever started correctly since the new fuel pump was installed? Both a fuel pressure and an injector pulse test (noid light) seems in your future.
