Started car and air conditioner. Heard a pop and air conditioning was gone.
Where do I start checking. ?
Borrow air conditioner gages from autozone to find leak?
Help!
Go to an AC shop AC is not DIY.

Gauges are the least of the problem. Look for an oily spot on the A/C components. Once found it’s going to be iffy if you can repair this yourself without creating more damage or suffering personal injury.
