1994 ford ranger 5 speed manual v6 3.0 gearbox plug washer size?

i have a old ford that the transmission leaked since i bought it and i just went on a 200 mile drive and when i stopped it was dripping fluid like crazy. well i checked at home and it wasn’t perfectly level but close enough and when i looked for the leak it seemed to be coming from the fill plug. so i believe from loosening and tightening the crush washer several times its become loose. the other weird thing is that when i stook my finger in it there was still fluid up to the fill hole. so maybe i overfilled it every time but i doubt that because i always put in just enough where it starts to come out the fill hole. so does anyone know the crush washer size and if i should use a specific one? i believe its a 1 inch Diameter.

The most common spot for these transmissions to leak is the shifter rail plugs.

Take the drain plug to a parts store and ask for a gasket/crush washer.

They usually have an assortment kit of these washers.
