Similar question as above. I have a 1993 Dodge Caravan with the driver side seat belt not retracting. Can I swap it with the passenger side that works just fine?
We can not see ‘question above’. But if you do that, what about your passenger?
I would check around about a new replacement.
Question-if it does not retract, does it lock during hard stops?
