HEAT IS’NT COMING THROUGH THE VENTS. COULD THIS BE A ISSUE WITH THE FAN? OR COULD A FUSE POSSIBLY HAVE BLOWN?

Is the fan blowing? If not, is a fuse blown? If not, it could be the fan, it could be the fan relay, it could be the fan switch, it could be the resistors that control the fan speed, it could be the wiring going to the fan, any of those things.

Start with checking the fuses.

A little clarification would help a lot.

Do you mean only cold air comes through the vents? If so, check coolant level and/or the thermostat. If the thermostat is stuck open the engine would run cold as indicated by the temp gauge in the instrument panel.

If no air is coming out check the blower motor and the fuses in the dash side panel. The dash controls are cable operated, so a vacuum leak would not be an issue.
