My passenger side headlight will not pop up. The light is on, but the assembly will not open. Is there a way to manually open this headlight? I have seen Celicas beford with both headlights stuck in the up position, so I believe it is possible.
Any advice to remedy this problem would be appreciated.
Look at the mechanism on the drivers side and see if there is a shaft end with a female hex for an allen wrench. After all these years the makes and models begin to get homogenized but I seem to recall such a setup on Cellicas.
My MR2 is from the same era and it has those, so I’m sure the Celica does. Probably needs a new motor.
