There is a leak in the windshield seal at the top on the drivers side and water drips on the drivers left had when it rains.
Take it to a glass shop and have it resealed.

you need to call a place like Safelite and have them come and reseal the windshield. check to see if you have full glass coverage on your auto insurance policy. if you do it might cover it.

And my question is why have you not contacted a windsheild shop to have this fixed. Or if you don’t care how it looks just smear a bunch of sealant on it and see if that stops it .
