1972 corvette signals stopped working. Last year I found oxidized contact in the switch. cleaned THEM WAS WORKING FINe UNTIL RECENTLY.Anyway toprevent this from happening in the future?
At this point I would replace the switch, it worked for forty years, a new one should work another forty years,

Keep the car in a climate controlled room with low humidity.
That was done less then 10 years ago. Do you think dielectric grease would work?
It may very well help.
