I own a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo w/ leather heated front seats. The seat heaters do not work. I have tried swapping dash switches and pads, however this has not solved anything. Do you or anyone out there have any thoughts.
Did you start by checking fusible links, circuit breakers, etc. to verify whether or not power was being provided to the switches and pads?
Yes that was the first thing I checked. Sorry I forgot to mention that. The biggest confusion I have is that these chrysler Veh. use resistors and multi-signal wiring.
They work I discon. bat. put in a new set of pads recon. bat. started truck flipped switches and got hot butt! WTFO! Till it breaks again.
