Does anyone know why the light are flickering, won’t shift out of park and the lights are messing with the ac and heating
What year? My 03 250 was funky if steering wheel was tilted all the way down
what year is your truck?
what lights?
do you have a check engine light on? if so what is the code?

Put a volt meter on the battery, engine not running it should be ~12.5+ volts, running it should be 13+. Low voltage can cause weird things to happen.

Could be bad battery connections or a failing alternator. Those would be my first guesses.
