I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox with a bad oxygen sensor, it’s burning oil rapidly weekly and and yesterday while going up a hill ALOT of white smoke was coming out of exhaust pipe. What’s going on with my car?
That’s an indication of a blown head gasket.

The piston rings are stuck, this causes oil consumption and smoke. There are updated pistons available for the 4 cylinder engines, the warranty extension for this repair has expired.
