My 2005 Mini Cooper convertible can park in very tight spaces. When I am parallel parking and turning the wheel all the way to the left or the right, the wheel will become extraordinarily difficult to move and I have to turn off the car and restart it in order to turn the wheel again. Is this normal or is there something wrong?
Power steering pump is about to step out by the sound of things.
