I just remembered the de Tomaso Mangusta, I was totally taken with the name and the car. I found a few pictures on the internet, and it holds up as a very interesting and beautiful car. Maybe it was a poor piece of machinery, I don’t know, but it sure looked and sounded like a magnificent car.
I liked Annette, too. I was too young to know anything except that I thought they were pretty.
