I’ve been getting this weird noise whenever I release my gas pedal, it sounds like something grinding and it looks like its coming from the front passenger side, I’ve been to a few “mechanics” and each one of them gave me a different diagnostic.

The noise stops whenever I press the throttle pedal, when I’m in neutral and whenever I press the clutch, also the noise only happens when the car is moving.
The car is a Peugeot 106 GTI s16 118bhp from 1997, the noise happened a few weeks later after the clutch and the gearbox oil was replaced.
