i have a vw jetta 1992 that when i turn the steering wheel it seems that the belt tensions and it squeek even when there is fluid in the reservour i hope is not the rack and pinion
You probably have an old loose belt. Check for cracks and tension.
Generally this is because of either the belt, the tensioner, or a failing power steering pump.
