How do you replace a vss in a 91 buick skylark gs, 3 speed auto.,3.3L. I remove two bolts & it doesn’t budge.
More than likely the O-ring seal has bonded itself to the bore. Take a plastic head hammer and tap on the sensor to break the bond.
