Vibration

i can feel vibration in the front driver seat while driving could it be a bad tire.1998 ford taurus.

Yes, it could be a bad tire, or just a tire in need of rebalancing, or a front end in need of repair, or possibly even a worn-out CV joint. Since a front end in need of repair is a safety issue, you need to have this checked out by a mechanic.

You don’t report feeling it though the steering wheel. This would suggest that it’s not associated with the front end. If tires are the source, rotating them to the front would either confirm or eliminate them from the picture. If the wheel goes nuts after the rotation, there’s the problem. If the issue continues, then it’s not the tires.

This diagnostic technique would seem to make more sense if it was the other way around, but still will narrow the usual suspects down a notch.
