Updating Nissan Rogue's Map

Hello,
I decided to update my nissan qashqai’s map via using USB but I get this error in my computer. I tried several different USBs but it didnt work either. What should I do? How can I update my car’s map?
in this error basically says that: ‘‘it’s an error please plug this usb back into your car again’’ and when I plug it back nothing happens

Contact the manufacturer of the software and ask them this question. This not a car question.

Asking at dealership is another idea. Beyond that, you’ll get better results here if you translate the wording in the error screen above to English. There are different ways to format a USB memory gadget, maybe that’s the problem.
