Bought my Jeep used. After purchase a few months ago, I tried to use the Navigation system and it said the maps were not installed. I took it to the dealership and they told me it had an error code and if I wanted the navigation to work, I’d need to purchase a new system!
I’m thinking that perhaps the maps were never loaded when it was first delivered and the dealer I took it to doesn’t want to mess with it. Has this happened to anyone else?
That is doubtful . You should have tried the Navigation during the test drive .
