i have 135,000 miles in my car. I just have my transmissiion rebuilt. At low speed (30 mph) the the car seems to pulsate like i was riding on a road of mini speed bumps. The higher the speed the less the pulsations. Some say is the tork convertor. Do they have to re open the transmission again and rebuild something or can it be adjusted. I have a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty and pay paid them $850.00. They tried draining the fluid and refilling it but to not avail.
What do you think is the problem and how can it be solved. We are big fans of yours for years.

I am a little confused. Are they asking you to pay for work when you have a warranty?
It appears the problem is not the transmission, but rather the transmission. If under warranty, then the warranty should take care of the problem. You don’t need to tell them what they should fix or how they should fix it, only that they need to fix it because it does this or that.
