2001 Park Ave. 96K Miles. I’m in the process of replaceing Trans. filter and fluid. The problem I’m haveing is the old tube seal does not want to come very easy, and I’m afraid to try to force it out and run the risk of damageing the surface that the seal fits into. My question is. How important is it to change the tube seal? Can I just leave the old seal in and be comfortable that it will be fine. I’ve changed these seals out before in the past, and had no trouble with them comeing out, but this one wants to give trouble. Thanks in advance for the advice. Airdropbill.
