Trade in to dealership problem

Yes, I feel you joe. I’m not really going to sign anything or answer them anymore. I was trying to give them a chance to do it right but I guess I have to go to legal tomorrow morning. I’m gonna use my free legal perks being in the military.

Good for you! A lawyer can tell you what your rights are and how evil the dealer is…

Sincere thanks for serving our country.
Sadly, pathetically crooked people have been preying on military personnel since before I served. And actively when I served. The scam artists continue. It enrages me to hear of people scamming military personnel. These people should be put in prison for life.

Sincere best with your problem. Let us know how you make out.

I'm gonna use my free legal perks being in the military.

Definitely do this. And as @“Joe Guy” said, do not even talk to them. Let your lawyer talk to them and describe in florid detail how badly he’s going to flay them if they keep this crap up.

They only seem free. They’re benefits for having volunteered to go to war for our country. Many have paid the ultimate price.
God bless.

It might be fun to respond and tell them-

I’m in the military and as such I get free access to legal counsel. I have an appointment with a lawyer tomorrow so why don’t you just email or FAX me a copy of the revised contract and I’ll have him review it. We’ll be discussing the requests you’ve made of me so far so this would be a good time.

See if they ever contact you again let alone send you the contract…

Yes, they assume if they huff and puff and threaten to blow your house down, you will panic at the risk of non-judicial punishment, what is that called? Article 15, I forget, and will give them what they want.

Good for you. Yep freedom isn’t free. Some of us pay in money and others pay in blood.
