TL power steering pump

I changed the power steering pump on an O4 Acura TL. I can’t seem to get the pump to pump the fluid. There is no steering assist.

To better help could you give a little more information? Did the replacement pump come with the pully already installed? Since most of these pumps have a remote reservoir, how did you bleed the air out of and/or prime the pump?
