What all is suggested to replace at the same time as a timing belt on a 2004 sienna. plugs, accesssory belt/belts, tensioners, water pump, hoses, etc. ???
I would change the timing belt tensioner and the water pump if it is driven by the timing belt.
I would change the thermostat too, if over 5 years old.
