You have a thousand dollars in precautionary parts on that list. I don’t think you will find anyone who has replaced all of those parts during timing belt maintenance to compare total cost with.
While working at a Lexus dealer, I replaced more than 100 timing belts and only replaced a tensioner or tensioner pulley upon request, they just never fail. There are 15 technicians in the shop and during a typical 90K service only the timing belt is replaced, and the water pump if leaking or if more than 8 to 10 years old.
Aftermarket shops usually replace all moving parts. From the posts on this forum, failures that occur after timing belt replacement are caused by technician error, not worn parts.
