hi there; earlier today i posted something saying i thought i needed new break pads. unfortunately, i think i also heard the scraping sound (low in pitch, not squealy) a little bit while driving. still the brake pads?
It still could be. Either way you’ll have to check them.
It could be the brake pad wear indicators, which are designed to make noise when the pads near the end of their life. The theory is; you will investigate the annoying noise BEFORE the pads wear down all the way and damage the rotors.
Check the brake pad thickness.
