The low coolant warning keeps re-occuring. We add about a pint of coolant to the reservoir & the warning goes away. in a few days -same thing. No signs of a leak anywhere. our mechanic has run out of ideas. (2001 Jeep Cherokee Laredo) 70K miles
How often are you adding a pint? Its got to be leaking to somewhere. Have the cooling system pressure tested.
Is your pressurized radiator cap or reservoir cap good?
Well there is a leak somewhere. It could be coming out of the cap. They can go bad. Let’s hope that is it. If it is not leaking, it may be going into the engine, which is very bad.
