IIRC the TTB Dana 50 was available on the F-250 up until the Super Duty line came out. Then the front axle went to the straight Dana 50 up until 2005, when it went to a Dana 60 like the F-350. The TTB variants were notoriously difficult to keep in perfect wheel alignment
