Any welding shop worth anything can TIG and MIG weld…
More shops have TIG welders since they’ve come down in price.

We used to call it heli arc until the wire feed. The guy at the radiator shop would weld aluminum. I was given an engine that threw a rod and punched a hole through the block. He welded it up no problem. I think he charged me $10.

remembering an old oil pan failure, had to lift the engine to remove the oil pan, or disconnect the cross frame. Hope that is not your case.
