Why my TOYOTA CAMRY 1996 check tail light is come on and off. But the tail light is working fine.

Is it possible that you recently replaced a bulb in the rear light assembly?
I can tell you that when I had a Volvo with a “bulb burn-out indicator”, it was so sensitive that both tail light bulbs had to be THE SAME BRAND in order for it to not react. I don’t know if the system on your car is as sensitive as that Volvo system was, but if you recently replaced one bulb, this may be the source of the problem. If so, be sure to match the brand of the original bulb.
