My Mom has a '04 Suzuki Verona 2.5L that wont move. She was stuck in her driveway in the snow and now all gears are not working. It gave a check engine light and it came up P0700 (trans cntrl system malfunction) and P0722 (output speed sensor ckt no signal). I thought maybe a connector got knocked of in the snow and ice but I cant see anything loose. Any ideas? Thanks.
How long did mom spend trying to get unstuck? Was she shifting rapidly from reverse to drive?
Have you checked the transmission fluid?
She wont admit to bangin the gears but I suspect she may have been. And this is one of those damn trannys with no dipstick. I was under it and saw no leaks anywhere though.
