ok i fixed the problem going step by step and seams ok i have to changed the Intake Boots they are vary bad but i am having trouble finding the right tool to unloose the bolt to the intake its so hard to get a tool in there to unloosen. any ideas? its Dual Port VW Intake Manifold
A little WD40 sprayed on them will solve the problem.
If you are going to use WD-40, a water displacement, it can clean things up quickly, but it leaves a sticky residue. I suggest that if the WD-40 seems to work, but the problem returns, clean it up with a zero residue cleaner and follow that up with a proper lubricant.

Non-stock carbs can be a problem.

In my experience, non- OEM wires and plugs are seldom better and often more of a problem than stock.
I would try returning it as much as possible to stock OEM and take it from there.
