I have a lil bit of sugar where you put the gas in what will it do

If someone added sugar to the gas tank, it’ll settle to the bottom of gas tank just like sand.

Likely, not much. Sugar isn’t soluble in gasoline. It might clog the filter “sock” on the end of the fuel pickup.
