Go to http://www.crutchfield.com and search their data base for speaker sizes.
You’re problem is not so much diameter as it is depth. Most audio-quality speakers require more depth than the stock speakers. I ran into this problem installing after market speakers in my Legacy.
The front door speakers were especially problematic.
