2017 Toyota Highlander radio is not working. The backup camera works, but the radio and navigation and all other options does not. I looked at the fuses and they all seem to be ok. I also disconnected the battery to see if that would reboot the radio. Nothing. Then, I removed the radio and found that there was a wire harness that was disconnected. I plugged that back in and still nothing. Any suggestions? Like I said, the backup camera does still work, which is nice, but other than that, I just get a black screen. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
The Toyota warranty for bumper to bumper is 3 years or 36000 miles I think for the original owner . If you are the original owner and you are still in the warranty period at least see what the dealer has to say before you do anything else.
