I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna with 90000 miles. I recently drove through a one foot of water on the road. The next day I felt my steering wheel when turning left or right to be stiff. I had the vehicle checked out by a mechanic but they found no problem. Pleas help.
Was the power steering belt slipping?
