Steering wheel not straight while driving, straightens while braking

Ok I’ve found some solutions when it isn’t straight, but none of them explain if it does straighten while applying brakes. Any ideas? Or just adjust tire rod?

Fix what is moving that is not supposed to move because that behavior is not right. Cryptic? Sure, but so was your post.

You have to adjust both tie rods equally in the same direction or you are going to throw off the toe. You may have one brake grabbing too much, or one grabbing too little. Use an infrared temp gun to check the rotor temps after driving. If one front or one rear is a much different temp than the mate you have found the problem.

If the car goes from not driving straight to driving straight when braking, then the brakes aren’t being applied evenly - likely sticky calipers.
