I wash the engine and ran it for 30 min,and everything fine. Next day started with the problem,starts and shuts off,it a V-6.
First of all, don’t wash your engine. Washing your engine is like driving through a three-foot deep puddle at around 30 mph. You wouldn’t do that, would you?
But you did, now the question is, which system did you mess up? I hope it has been a while since you replaced the car’s ignition wires, and if so you should replace them or just let them dry.
