I have a 1996 Toyota Corolla and it won’t start in the morning if it is cold or rainy. I have recently replaced the battery and starter and I am still having this problem. When I turn the key in the ignition the radio comes on, the lights work, etc. but the car won’t start and when I turn the key off, the car makes a shaking kabum, kabum, kabum noise and dies.
Spark plug wires would be the first thing to try. Distributor cap an rotor number 2 if applicable.
