My 1995 Chryslwer Cirrus with 117,000 miles sometimes stalls at 55-60 mph, but restarts if I shift into neutral, then back to drive and step on the accelerator, with or without a small jolt on re-ignition. It is then okay until the next infrequent occurence. I consider it an annoyance, but my wife, who never drives this car but is often a passnger, worries about safety.
