In the summer the windows on my F150 shreik when powered up or down. What to do?
When the windows are in the down position, spray silicone spray into the window channels and the opening in the door. It will not hurt anything, and it will hopefully get to the areas that need to be lubed. Just be prepared to clean the windows when they are next raised, and be prepared to repeat the silicone lube process every month or so.

That may do it, but if not, suspect the rubber “squeegee” strip as the culprit. They dry out and cause the glass to chatter when run up or down. Replace as needed.
