Got new brakes 6 months ago. The brakes are mid range ceramic pads and my rotors were resurfaced. When I first start my car in the morning and back out I hear squeaking. Today I slammed on my brakes and I hear grinding. The dealer two times checked out the car and does not hear anything and he had it looked at twice. What am I doing wrong? My Toyota is not on the recall list it is a 2003 Camry

New rotors and new pads that meet or excede the OEM spec’s, and then broken in properly.
