The speedometer of my son’s 1994 Honda Accord is not working and I can not find the speed sensor that supposed to be on the transmission(transaxle). I bought a basic repair manual but it does not show the location of the sensor. My son got several speeding tickets and he always blames it on this problem. PLease somebody HElllllllllllllllllp.
it’s on the transmission somewhere it will be a little black box with about ten wires or so coming out of the box .there should be a small bolt holding it down.when you pull the bolt out and then the sensor there should be a plastic gear attached to it.some are located on the backside of the transmission and are hard to locate.
