What is the best way to get rid of mice or a mouse nest in the heating ducts. It is a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. It is a great vehicle, but the smell is disconcerting. Thanks for any suggestions.
If they have a nest there, you will need to remove it. That is take the thing apart and clean it. Then block any access to it, steel wool is often used. I understand there is stainless steel wool available that will not rust.
Likely you should work on a new place to park or get rid of the mice as they will likely just cause other problems.
Thanks for the reply. I actually found the nest behind the glove compartment in the air conditioning filter above the blower motor. I will be taking your advice and trying a new, colder parking space.
