All the manufacturers suggest it and barely anyone [or even garages] do it. Changing brake fluid [except synthetic] every two years virtual gives you lifelong calipers, wheel cylinders and master cylinders. Hygroscopic is the word of the say!

I agree, although every two years may be more than necessary. This comes up often in these threads.
