Why do the headlights on my 1997 Silverado cut out for about 5 minutes, with a click at the switch?
The problem is most likely with the multi-function switch in the steering column. The stalk with the headlights/wipers/washers/turn signal control is part of the multi-function switch. And since it’s a GM vehicle, that’s the first suspect.
