I have a problem, again, with my 99 Saturn SL1. I believe its a problem with the fuse box/junction block under the radio. I’ve read TSB bulletin 03-08-45-001 and I have all of those symptoms. I looked into getting a new fusebox part #19178429 from Saturn, but it is backordered with no ETA. So I doubt it will ever show up, but let me know if I am wrong? My question is how to repair the wires, and where do I go to get another fuse box?
