my running lights and my panel lights went out at the same time. i’ve checked the fuses and i jsut dont know whats wrong.

I would suspect a failed circuit in the main lighting switch, or headlight switch if you will.
A quick look at a schematic shows a 40 amp link in the underhood fuse block and the wire lead from the switch that powers the lighting is brown in color.
Black/orange at the switch should be hot all of the time and the brown wire should power up when the switch is turned on.
