I own a 1991 Ford Ranger that ran great up to a while ago. Now it won’t start even if jumped. “OH! The cut out Soliniod”, you say. But the thing is that the lights won’t come on and the radio losses it’s stations, even whenthe battery is still charged, meaning a total loss of power. Battery connections seems fine, and the fuses all appear normal. Any ideas?

Check the fusible link running from the battery to the accessory panel. It may be blown or corrodid inside.
